Greg was very polite and friendly, the work was completed to a good standard and on time, the only problem we have is the security light was supposed to be set at 3 min and it’s been set to just under 15 seconds which is less than ideal. We would use Greg and live line again but we also need the timing on the security light rectified.

Have used them to get electrics fixed a few time now and work alway done quickly to high standard by polite and friendly member of team, would definitely recommend. Thanks

I put out a message on Checkatrade for an electrician to install a wall light and replace two pendant fittings and got two similar quotations -- one from this company, and one from another firm. I chose this company as they responded more quickly and their 'quote' was ever so slightly cheaper than the other firm. They sent me through a detailed quotation document that looked professional.The work was completed by a very nice young electrician. A few days later I received an invoice for significantly more than the quoted amount. This did not make sense to me so I queried it and was told that the original 'quote' had contained text explaining that the quoted figure was in fact an 'estimate' and that I might be charged for 2 hours extra labour. This extra 2 hours had been added on to the final invoice, and was mentioned in the small print of the 'quote.'I have worked with various tradespeople over the years and I have never been given a quote which is in fact an estimate. It has always been made very clear to me which of the two it is. To disguise an estimate as a quote felt underhand to me. It left me expecting to pay one amount only to feel suddenly overcharged. When I explained this to the company, both in messages and by letter, they would not budge. They have explained that what they are doing -- in converting a quote to an estimate in their small print -- is legal. Fine. But is it fair on the customer expecting to pay one amount unless they scrutinised the quotation very closely? I don't think it's reasonable to have to expect your customers to have to do the hypothetical calculation as to the amount they will be paying themselves.It's a shame because I'm sure I will need to call on the services of an electrician again in the future. This could have been the start of an ongoing working relationship but unfortunately my experience has been such that I won't be using this firm's business again.

Polite, punctual, professional. Greg did a first rate wiring job in my flat with minimal down time. I even learned a couple of things about RCDs. Happy to recommend.

I contacted Paul after accidentally damaged a lighting wire during some DIY. Paul was able to come out early next morning and quickly fix the issue. I recently had the pleasure of using Paul for some home work. Paul was friendly and approachable, answering all my questions and providing helpful advice on fitting a new storage heater and consumer unit. The job was completed within the estimated timeframe and to a high standard.

Paul is more than an electrician, he's a versatile, more than competent, handyman. We wanted our TV wall mounted, and Paul did the whole job from start to finish. Not just the electrical side of it (spur/additional power point), but installation of the bracket and mounting of the TV. To minimize disturbance to the internal plasterboard wall, Paul channelled the cables via the external wall back into the house at the intended location of the TV. Some serious drilling. All external work nicely and safely trunked. Nothing showing on inside wall except TV, nicely situated above fireplace. Just what we wanted. Didn't leave until TV was connected and hung to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend.

We used Bradley Stoke Electrical to have the upstairs lighting circuit rewired Not the easiest of jobs but, Paul did an excellent job, also brought the consumer unit RCBs up to date. Paul of Bradley Stoke Electricals did a fantastic job converting our kitchen lights to LEDs, installing an extra socket plus electrical work in the garage and a modern style external light outside the back door. Cracking job done and I would fully recommend Paul.

Paul recently installed a new fuse board in our hallway. This replaced the old board that was located at low level in a kitchen unit. The entire installation was tested before the board was changed to ensure compliance with current IEE regulations. The work was completed professionally and to a good standard. Paul is nice to deal with, reliable and professional.
